I want to say GREAT!!! but I can not get anyone to respond to my emails or messages. I have left voice messages and emailed you all a few times and nothing. I ordered two oil diffusers, they were not Premium starter kits, They were supposed to have 2 oils each included and they were not. I can not use the diffusers with out their oils and either need the oils sent as ordered or I must return these machines for a refund. Please Please Please respond.
