Ordered something on the 6th October it’s now the 27th October and still hasn’t arrived. Contacted the company on the 20th said they would ‘raise a case’ with Australia Post and said it would take a few days. Now it’s a week later and being provided with no update.
Regardless on whether it’s Australia Posts fault or not, I have had this occur in the past with smaller businesses who have refunded, reimbursed or resent products immediately providing efficient customer service response regardless on their investigation outcome. Spartan Suppz on the other hand are simply throwing their hands in the air blaming Australia Post and just letting the customer suffer for the mishap and happily pocket my afterpay payments in the mean time while sending me emails asking for reviews.
