I bought a pre-workout from one of their stores, seal still on but somehow the seal under the cap lifted and air got into the mixture resulting in clumps and the formula going off. I emailed them and the online staff offered me a store credit or swap and I decided to swap for a protein powder. They shipped out my order immediately, express as well. It arrived the next day. Very happy with the online customer service team and their prompt actions, thanks guys!
