SPC Sports was great to work with! I ordered an older model bat that happened to go out of stock before the order was completed and shipped. I was contacted directly by the company and told that I could have the next year's model at the price that I paid for the older model - exceptional customer service!!! The shipping was fast. The communication was great. Will definitely be back!
