I got cheated out of my $10 discount for subscribing to the newsletter because apparently I picked the wrong email when I did.
I then got accused of trying to create two accounts (I just used a different email for the newsletter) and threatened that my account would be shut down.
EXTREMELY sadden by the direction this company has gone!
