Staff n managers attitude appalling, totally indifferent couldn’t care less about the customer, rubbish customer service, talk down to customers , completely disrespectful and arrogant, total waste of time, DONT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME, plenty much BETTER OPTICIANS IN THE AREA. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST AND LISTENED TO FRIENDS, BAD REPUTATION AND IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE , KNOWN FOR THERE ARROGANCE AND DISRESPECT OF THE CUSTOMER, THINK THERE ABOVE THE LAW, THERE NOT…….. WORST OPTICIANS IN NORTHAMPTON , STEER CLEAR.. DONT waste your time.
