I had a contact lens appointment booked and confirmed for last Wednesday 22nd Sept at 110:00am I had a call from the store at 10:00am and told me that they have to cancel due to staff issues and told me to re-book so I booked for today Tues 28th Sept at 11:40am and got there to be told that they could not proceed as I need to re book again and have a normal eye test before the contact eye check , I was never told this before hand and told the staff there that was the case and could they see me now as from all the confirmations and phone call I was never advised,but they were totally rude and totally unhelpful I had to take time off work which I dont get paid for to try to get seen, who is going to pay for that..let alone wasting my time ..after 20 years going to Spec savers I'll have to reconsider myself, friends and family commitment with specsavers in the future!
