Bought two pairs of prescription glasses earlier this year from Basingstoke branch. After a couple of weeks one pair kept sliding down my nose, returned to the shop and they made them tighter around the ears. I've had to return five times now as the same problem keeps happening. I returned again this morning and was told they can't do anything about them, so unhelpful she just brushed the problem off, she said it's over 100 days ...I now have an expensive pair of glasses that are of no use to me unless I want them to sit on the end of my nose! I will never waste my time or money in Specsavers again. Basingstoke branch definitely need to improve their customer service.
