Having avoided large chains all my working life , I thought I would give specsavers a try as the prices seemed competitive..
I should have gone to my independent shop , Specsavers staff lacked any charm whatsoever and were all in a rush , I felt like I was being processed. Once home got a rushed and garbled message which I had to listen too 3 times to understand .
I should have gone with my gut instinct and gone to my regular chap who was charming calm and professional .
