My husband and I were at Specsavers in Sutton, Surrey last week and although the store was very busy, we were promptly attended to by the opticians. We especially want to thank the administrator Lubnah who was very helpful as well as cheerful. We explained to her that we were going abroad and Lubnah rushed the process through quickly. The new spectacles were ready in time for us to collect.
