Hi my name is Paul, I live in Leicester but have just visited your site in Bethnal Green London as my 85 year old mother in law damaged her glasses, one of your customer service team, Micheala popescu asked if I needed help and I explained the problem, she took the glasses and replaced the missing screw cleaned them and handed them back in no time at all, she was very polite and helpful and when I asked how much she said it’s fine no charge, she did all this whilst being rudely abused by another customer, for no reason that I could see, and I’d just like to say how refreshing to meet someone who is conscientious about her job and she is a credit to you, so thanks again Micheala and have a very merry Christmas!
