My name is John Legge , I bought a pair of glasses from your Clacton on sea Branch , 68a Pier Avenue . CO15 1NH , on the 24.04.23 . I visited the branch this morning and explained to the assistant Mr Joe Twinn that the lenses keep falling out . He told me it was a design fault and nothing they could do . He offered me a 50% discount on new frames , I told him this was unacceptable , the frames are only 3 months old . I think this is sharp practice selling frames that your staff freely admit to having a design fault and I expected better from Specsavers. John Legge
