They ruined my frame because staff not trained enough. They didn’t know the frame I chose for my bifocal is not good.when ever I used that glasses I started severe headache, they accept their fault but to fix that problem they been asking to pay again.
I tried to explain but manager of that store said that she will ask staff about that issue. Apologie. But still they asked me to pay. I really don’t understand why.
I’m very disappointed for their service and waste of my money.
