I was finding difficult to find the place and not from same town. I parked car multi storey car park walked to the Mall, trying to find the store was difficult with few people’s help I got to the store so I was 7-10mins late. They refuse to see me I tried to explain and did not help me any further, complete waste time and journey. Also they did not look busy at all.
