A few weeks ago i got this specific frame with my prescription and sunglass tint on them. My wife wanted the same for her glasses so we went in. I go up to the front desk and ask the lady behind the counter that i wanted the same glasses frame i have now for my wife. Before even letting me finish my sentence she rudely replied they dont do those anymore. And its been three months since they discontinued it. I told her how can it be discontinued for three months now when i came in two weeks ago to get mine. She said hold on and went to the back and she said oh we do have them. So i asked her, why she said it’s discontinued and then she proceeds to lie saying she had asked for a customer yesterday and they didn't have them. At this point i think she felt embarrassed so she started raising her voice at me so i asked her not to be rude to customers especially when i had done nothing wrong. I asked her to call her manager, to which she was complaining to about me!! Just to end this i just want to say horrible customer service!
