Beware, I had a full FREE NHS eye test with £5.00 paid for an additional health check. I then went and picked a new gold frame for my new glasses. Two weeks later I went to pick up my glasses to discover they had made them up in a totally different frame to the one I'd decided to have, don't worry I was told we'll make another pair up for you. Again two weeks later I went to pick them up, to find the right eye was blurred. I was immediately given a full refund by a company supervisor less the £5.00 paid for the health check and a copy of my eye test. I then left the store a little disgruntled.
After a short time I booked another eye test with another company which I had to pay for as I'd already had my FREE NHS eye test at SpecSavers, I was staggered to be told the 1st eye test was incorrect and the distance lens prescribed for me was too strong and the reason my vision was blurred using the new glasses, the optician then told me he wouldn't be charging for the 2nd eye test as he could use a FREE NHS test as the 1st eye test was incorrect for my eye needs. What a shambles SpecSavers are. I'll never go back to them, so BEWARE people.
