I went into our local branch, Woodbridge, yesterday with my rimless glasses that had, after 2 years, broken. I was told initially that this couldn't be done . The manager ADAM, then stepped in and said it could be done, and after a little wait, he came back and had replaced the bridge for me which will certainly get me through until March when I am due a test.
I wanted this acknowledged because he went over and above for me to get this repaired and I was extremely grateful to him. He's a keeper for sure.
