29th November wife went to you in csdtlepoint saindburys. You tried to con her into paying $600 for glasses. She stood her ground knowing how much I paid - she only wanted basic glasses for reading. Came out feeling small upset and frustrated. Not a good experience for her. She had to bargain down to $227. Won't ever go there again and will spread word at the kinson community centre. And when ordered my glasses nobody notified me that they were ready - had to go there to find out. No apology no attention to glasses needing adjustment. Very poor service. Marek
