We had a home visit and test, new glasses recomended, paid in full and told 2-3 weeks for fitting. Given a fitting date but nobody turned up. The following day someone phoned to ask if Iwe had received our glasses and when told "No show" said they were having difficulties wih deliveries and would ring next week to give a new fitting date. No call. just been given the run around every time I tried to talk to somone, one person said that the glasses were posted through my letter box, when I said that I had CCTV covering that ares, they hung up. Please refund my money so that I can go to an optician who cares about customer relations and I can get new glasses. Thank you
