Brought to sets of glasses, with 6 months one pair the lenses went crazy cracked, had it replace 6 months later under warranty now that replacement is doing the same. The second pair the leg fell off had that fixed went in to pick up and enquire about the other pair with the crazy cracked lenses they declined. over all a very bad experience. when in South America or europe I get a set made the quality is far serperior. I will not use specsaver nor recommend them it doesn't matter what branch and the whole product is purely profit drive with no concern about customer. over the 10 years my wife and I have spent circa $3000.00 as we buy there top range glasses with all the frit. So F@*K specsaver weill go to our local OPSM optometrist
