Home visit.
Had my elderly parents glasses for 4 weeks now, no contact and no information.
I have chased up this morning and told they are on the list for delivery tomorrow. Specsavers shop wouldn't help as nothing to do with them. Somehow I don't feel confident in that. Difficult phoning up, key pad options don't always work. Not good.
