We went into the Coventry city centre store this afternoon to enquire about some sports glasses for my 11 year son. Only to have the unhelpful assistant at the desk to say that there was a minimum of 20 minutes wait. All we wanted was a tough price and to have a look a display paid to be told that they don't have one even though I could see a pair of swimming goggles on display. She said she didn't know how much they would be approximately. We was made to feel like a complete inconvenience. We have used Spec Savers for over 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. But after the poor effortless service we went to Boots where the assistant got a brochure and price for us so I will be ordering my son's glasses from Boots. Not only does my son have his glasses from you but do I and my husband. SO SO DISAPPOINTED unfortunately I didn't get the your assistants name she had shoulder length black curly hair with glasses in her 30ies not seen her before there.
