Appointment time 12.15 arrived on time and was asked to take a seat, after 10mins seen and my details were checked, take a seat again for a 20 minute wait when seen for brief glaucoma test then take a seat again. Asked how long I had to wait to see optician ? “ 3 rd on list”. I think a wait of 30 mins is excessive and poor customer service at one stage I was the only one in the waiting area yet others arrived and seen before me. If I had been told on booking in about the delay l would have not wasted my time. Better still not wasted my money and time going for a sit down in specsavers certainly not a time saver !!
