Even if you don't need glasses.Went for my son's glasses. They gave the Wrong prescription which caused my son severe headache. after only 10 days We went back. They had our money for designer top spec Glasses but did not want to resolve my son's glasses issues. After 5 months of struggle, walk-in and Phone calls Partner/Director calls us after looking at my bad review on Google Listing. We go there (Remember after 5 months of Suffering of a 14 Year old kid). All he offers is refund. No apologies, no offer to fix the issue or even compensation. If it was another professional company, they would have apologized would have made a pair for free or would have given discount on Glasses but no. Should never have gone to Screensavers. None of my family and in-laws of 57 people walk-in to Specsavers. We prefer Boots Optician.
