I was a bit concerned at first because it seemed a bit like an assembly line, but within a few moments, my concerns disappeared.
The staff were friendly and very efficient without being impersonal.
my eye test was very thourough and the optician concerned was very good and explained things very well.
In addition, tje rest of the staff were very good.
