Well the event I was going to got cancelled. That wasn't their fault, just too few people. In the emails, they offered to rebook to a future event (you could simply click a link in the email to do this). But if you wanted you're money back, you had to rang. Fine.
Fine until I was waiting for someone to answer for 28 minutes! So be very sure that you want to attend one of their events, whenever that may be, as getting your money back may cost you 1/48 of your day.
