Never received my item.
Was made to feel like I was at fault for purchasing / wanting the item and needing it for a specific date; i did allow a week for it to be sent within the UK so ample time by my estimation. The tone of the replies to my messages were indifferent and unsympathetic to my situation. I am a self-employed photographer and on the odd occasion when things go wrong; I do my very best to amend it immediately. What I do not is blame another party, say its out of my control and ask the client to just wait. I don't know if you will agree; but for me every new client is to be treated like the first. I have a loyal client base that hire me over and over again because they know I am reliable and what I say I will do gets done, not time and budget. I am very sorry to say that I will not be purchasing anything from you again and I will not be able to recommend you to anyone; if anything quite the opposite. Also; unfortunately I have to admit that I will not be able to leave you positive feedback. I have been so disappointed and the matter (which was no way of my making) has been dragged out so long, I have opened a case against you to receive my monies and when the matter is resolved I will be leaving you negative feedback. A frustrating matter made worse by very poor customer service.
