Two weeks after despatch, I still had not received my order, so I contacted Speed Graphic. They asked me to wait two more days and if I still had not received my order, they would re-send. Two days later I informed them that I still had not received my order. It is now another week later, and I have had no further communication from Speed Graphic regarding my order. All in all, three weeks after despatch I have not received my order, and Speed Graphic are not responding to my queries.
