From start to finish my order was handled speedily. Tracking info was provided also, always welcome when you have other things to do. Unfortunately the bag i ordered was returned as it simply did not meet my needs, a refund was swiftly put back into my account without fuss. My only real complaint was lack of postage wrapping for the bag. It came in bubble wrap only, no box. I really think items should be boxed so as to avoid unnecessary damage. This one negative aside I would recommend Speed Graphics to other customers and will certainly consider using them again.
