I ORDERED AN ELINCROME STUDIO LIGHT, BUT WHEN I RECEIVED IT, IT LOOKED A BIT PLASTICKY AND FLIMSY, SO I PHONED SPEEDGRAPHIC AND TOLD THEM THAT I NEEDED TO SEND IT BACK FOR A REFUND, AND THEY SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SEND IT BACK THRU MY POST OFFICE, WHICH COST ME £19, SO I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT.
