On May 4th I received confirmation of my order #123308, and moments later I received the other order confirmation for #123319. I had placed the first order and realized I needed an adapter ring, placed the order and left a message that both orders could be combined.
Gilly, a rep from your company emailed me a few weeks ago and explained that the adapter ring had arrived and that he needed additional money for shipping. I explained that I had left the message to combine orders and they stated that it was automated and they weren't aware of my message. Upon ordering I was told the step up ring was on back order, and when it arrived I was notified that the Retro-adapter still hadn't arrived, which I was unaware that it to was on back order. I emailed Gilly and asked for a time estimate and how I would go about paying for shipping, this was 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since!! I'm not very happy and feel as if I'm being ignored. Waiting...........
