ordered 2000 grip seal bags arrived promptly the next day which is great news, the bad news was that they were the wrong size sent out, I telephoned them and they rang me back 15 minutes later, very apologetic and then they said keep the other bags and we shall send the correct size ordered, which is due in today, the good news is that I now have 4000 bags that are totally usable just that one batch is slightly smaller then the ones ordered, no fuss, no hassle and very professional service.
will use again definitely.
