These guys are AMAZING ! I previously was signed up with 'Find Me a Driving Test' ... after paying £19.99 to upgrade from the Trial Account to the Premium Account - they failed to upgrade me and I remained on the trial account. After emailing them numerous times (surprise, surprise - 6 days later and still no reply) I was still on the trial account and receiving no notifications or cancellations so I decided to ditch Find Me A Driving Test and go with Speedy Tests and I'm thrilled I did. After registering (yesterday), I emailed them a couple of times with a few questions and they responded in less than 30 minutes - outstanding customer service, thank you !! My test was booked for January and they have managed to get me a cancellation for next week - it was so easy ... a text came through to my phone with the date and the time and I just had to text 'book' back and they booked it for me. Excellent - 5 stars all the way !
