I am convinced that SpiceJet is running a scam, and I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of your ground staff. They seemed well-trained to extract every penny from customers, with no regard for basic hospitality.
Your airline needs drastic improvements in all aspects. 1 star is extremely generous for the ridiculous amount of money that was exploited from me.
