I found the personal touch by Leanne confirming I intended to not have any holes to fit the splash back, to avoid any errors. Then the emails to let me know the glass was treated then collected by Courier kept me up to date. When the glass arrived it was well wrapped and all sides protected to ensure no chips or damage was caused in transit. A note included confirmed that blue pads were affixed to the side that had been treated. I could not have asked for more . The splash back was extremely good value for money and looked great .
