I was very pleased with both of our purchases from Splashbacks in terms of quality and they are one of the only suppliers I found which could match Laura Ashley paint colours to our request. However I would say the rules and instructions around shipping are stress inducing, and couriers don't always do what they are supposed to, and nor did the company after I tried to make a rearrangement re shipping day. If it wasn't for this issue, it would have been a "very good rating".
