This company is a joke. They are very predatory and threaten you to do things by selling your info to other business and then try to trap you into trademarking your business name. They harass you and then say their legal team is contacting you. Their design team not produce any original designs as they claim, and actually try to (not successfully I might add) use an AI generated Logo Design that spits out templates you can get with any search. Then they claim it’s backed by a 100% guarantee but this is their loophole by sending you a generated logo from random google search, this constitutes they lived up to their agreement so you can’t get money back. After 5-7 rounds I sent them a logo I really liked and designed everything myself. DO NOT pay this company. They are not in US as they claim, and they will threaten everything you have tried to build with new business. They harass you and try to upsell you and then again threaten you that if you don’t purchase more they will just sell your new crafted logo with your business name so someone else can strip you of your right to anything. Such a joke
