I love the packaging concept, with all plastics re-used. I also like the cruelty-free products, the cleaning power and the smells. Diluting the fluids with water isn't always successful: some mix better than others. Not all the ingredients are plant-based, but apparently this is to enhance the cleaning power, and the synthetic ingredients are non-toxic. Occasionally the product ordered can't be supplied, but then an alternative is sent, with an apology. So it's not perfect yet, but all power to Splosh for creating and maintaining this eco-friendly business.
