This is a great company. From the customer service to the quality of the products, I can't fault them. I use about 7 of their products and have for a couple of years now; I love the idea of reducing my plastic waste by 94%, just by refilling bottles instead of buying more of them. Easy to mix up the product, just add water and concentrate and shake! What makes it even better is the refills are sent through the post and fit through the letterbox (except large orders that require a box) and you can set up a subscription so you never run out. Another great thing about this company is that they're all vegan and cruelty-free products! I have no plans to ever start buying bottled cleaners from the shops again.
