Ordered parcel for mothersday and marked as such. Mothersday is over, and 8days since I ordered and I actually dont need it anymore. Couldnt get hold of Spoilme or courier via phone. Kids woke up empty handed with nothing to give to mom. Had to go spend another $100 just so they can have something for mom. Service shouldnt stop when parcels are despatched as this forms part of the experiece to customers. Couriers form close partners and should be managed accordingly.
