I spend thousands of dollars with you this year and there doesn't seem to be any loyalty programme in place for frequent buying except the 5% off. Packages are good, but to be honest if there was another company offering a similar deal with a better incentive to buy with them, I will.
I am thinking about Xmas soon, so I will be exploring all options.
