Unreliable. Order 3 different baby sponges for 3 different friends at different addresses. I thought I'd cheer them up because they were feeling a bit low due to the current situation. . All 3 cakes were to arrive for a set date. Two friends received them. The third box of cakes didn't arrive. Was told each day they would turn up when I enquired. Nothing. There was an apparent address confusion. Was then told the dept had not sent it out. In the meanwhile, I've ordered numerous items other places during this time - all have been reliable. Called and told I'd get a refund. Not the point at all. Won't be using this service again. Not reliable.
