No product, no customer service & no refund! I ordered a 8ft trampoline on the 14th of May. I received an email saying it had been shipped, another email saying to ignore the email because it was sent in error. The trampoline has not been delivered. I have sent 4 emails since all have been replied to with an automated response which does not help me one bit. They are ignoring phone calls completely. The pandemic has nothing to do with this companies despicable behaviour. Other companies have managed to deliver products on time during Covid-19 so do not let them use that as an excuse. They should be completely ashamed for taking people’s hard earned money and not supplying people with the goods & not giving refunds. You will lose your money if you shop with this company. I have filed a complaint with trading standards, the one show and watchdog. I suggest the people who have been scammed by this company does the same as me. Anyone else thinking of ordering or doing business with sportandleisureuk.com please think again. Do not trust this company and please don’t waste your money!! I wish I had checked these reviews before parting with my money. All I wanted was a trampoline for my children to enjoy during lockdown. They are still without a trampoline and I am without the money to buy a new one.
