absolutely shocking customer service. Paid for the pool table 11/6/20. Received a confirmation email. Tried unsuccessfully to contact them on several occasions prior to ordering. No response. Same issue afterwards too. Received an email 12/6/20 stating ‘Your order has now left our warehouse and is on its way to you‘. They called me 16/6/20 advising that my pool table is now out of stock. So they are either lying or useless. No explanation was given as to why this had happened. Terrible company, would strongly advise going elsewhere. Even more so after reading all the bad reviews.
