Same as many reviews ordered a spin bike and couldn't believe when it arrived next day. Was delighted and built it next day. Couldn't wait to try out, 8 minutes into a class it broke. Clearly a faulty item. I took video of noise bike was making and tried to contact company and I am still trying. I have emailed them numerous times and used the contact us form to no avail. There phone number goes to a pre recorded message. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company but currently have a broken spin bike sitting in my kitchen which I cant do anything with. Who knows when I will see my money again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!
