Like many people I would have liked to give NO stars. We ordered a treadmill so that we could keep as active as possible in present circumstances. When it arrived we discovered that it was not possible to fix the computer console onto the frame properly as there was no hole drilled to take the locking nut. For some time we didn't use the machine, waiting for a reply to our complaint. It took a very long time to get any response and when we did it was not helpful. Meantime we had started to use the machine- which stopped working after a couple of days. The company have not replied to any subsequent emails and are conveniently 'unable' to answer their phones. We do not want to take legal action but are getting to the point where it will be the only option. Avoid this company- product shoddy, 'customer service' beyond appalling.
