Truly an awful company, they use the covid situation so they don't have to talk to you. After I received my pool table it took three weeks before they responded to my emails about the stains on the cloth, and the baulk cushion not being attached correctly. Since then they have offered 30pounds compensation for a pool table that you can't play pool on. They now will not respond to my emails and I have had to put this matter in the hands of my credit card provider. I am also in the process of contacting trading standards. Please avoid this company at all costs, I am a senior citizen and in all my years I have never experienced such appalling service as sports and leisure give.
