I bought a pool table from sport and leisure, when it arrived the cloth had several stains and the baulk cushion is not attached correctly therfore making the table useless. It took sports and leisure 3 weeks to respond to my emails. After no end of emails they have now offered 30 pounds compensation. The table cost 400 pounds, so if I accept thier offer I am still 370 pounds out of pocket because the table cannot be used in its present condition. Please don't get involved with this company as I believe they are fraudsters who knowingly supply inferior goods. They won't phone or talk to you and you can't talk to them as they have used the covid situation to close their customer service dept. I am a senior citizen and I can honestly say that I have never in my life dealt with such an appalling company. M Allison
