HIDEOUS service - the website allowed me to order items under the pretence they were in stock and ready to deliver. I ordered these at the beginning of November for a Xmas gift, reading delivery terms as approx. 3 working days-2 weeks and expecting potential COVID delays. After a month I'd had no correspondence about delivery or dispatch and my first enquiry email was ignored. When they finally got in touch with me they said "This is a delay... I doubt they will be here before Christmas" - how on earth is that acceptable? SO disappointing.
