Hopeless. Website is quirky and wouldn’t accept any of the credit cards I entered when I attempted to place an order. I had asked them about the spurious £5 processing fee they add at the last minute and got a nonsense reply as some way of justification, but you need to pay this as well as the OTT postage charges if you want to buy anything. If you can get what you need elsewhere I would.
